Pizza

Crust:
In a large bowl add:
2 C. warm water
1 Tbsp. yeast
1 Tbsp. sugar

Let sit for 10 minutes until yeast is activated.
Then add:
3 Tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
Enough flour to make a dough consistency. I like to use wheat flour and maybe a bit of brown rice flour.
You can also add a bit of whole grain hot cereal mix to the dough the healthify it.
Knead for 10 minutes on a greased surface.

Let rest.

Grease a large cookie sheet and sprinkle cornmeal on top.
Roll out dough and place on cookie sheet.
Spread 1 tsp. oil on top, so the crust isn't soggy.

Top with:
Tomato sauce
Cheese
Spinach leaves
Green onions, chopped
Pepperoni
and any other topping you desire.

Place in a 450 degree oven until crust is lightly brown and cheese is melted
