Protein Shake

This is especially great after a hard workout, I guess it can help your muscles recover faster.
In a blender add:
1-2 scoops Vanilla protein powder (I use Jillian Michaels from Wal-mart or Melaleuca ProFlex 20)
1 C. peaches
2 C. almond milk, rice milk, soy milk, or any kind of milk
1/2 banana, makes the consistency more creamy
1/2 C. yogurt

Blend and enjoy!
