"Grilled" Peaches

 I love to grill my fruit on the stove, it gets so juicy and yummy! Add some butter & brown sugar and make a caramelly goodness and it's even better. This time of year we get a lot of peaches, just because they are so plentiful around these parts, and we love them! So, I am always getting creative and coming up with peach concoctions in the kitchen. Enjoy!

In a non stick pan on the stove over medium heat add 1 Tbsp. Butter

Add 7-10 pitted halved peaches face down
Sprinkle with 2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar

Cook for about 10 minutes
Turn over with a fork and cook for another 10 minutes

Place in a bowl and serve with whipped cream or ice cream (We used Caramel Pecan Ice Cream! Delish!)
You can also drizzle some of the extra sauce from the pan over top. 

Last night I thought of another idea that you could do with this recipe. You could slice the peaches and cook them the same way with butter & brown sugar. Then you could have it as a topping for ice cream. Oh Wow! Now that sounds good!
