In the mornings my husband likes to work out and then have breakfast. This is what I had waiting upstairs for him yesterday when he was done. He loved it.
What you will need:
Your favorite yogurt (lemon, raspberry, vanilla, plain, etc.)
Frozen fruit (I put blueberries, raspberries,and mango)
1 banana
Granola
Put as much yogurt as you want in the bottom of a dish. Put a lot of fruit on top, then more yogurt. Top with Granola.
Refreshing!
